Helen Lummis is a classically-trained architect turned start-up generalist. She is excited to bring her knowledge of taking your architectural education and applying those skills to tech. Inspired by the coaching and cheerleading she received with Out of Architecture, she is looking forward to helping others find work that is fulfilling and setting clients up on a path to success in their lives beyond their 9-5.

Now residing in a small town outside of Truckee in Northern California, Helen can be found running around the local trails with her trusty dog, trying to learn the native flowers of the sierra, chopping wood, and fixing up her cabin. Helen began her career in retail design for a real estate developer in Europe. She then fell in love with the architecture of New Orleans and the community-minded spirit found at the Tulane School of Architecture (she also fell in love with the live oaks, the music, and the biscuits).

After a few years of practice, Helen moved to San Francisco and began her career in tech. True to form she has worn many hats at small start-ups and is always happy to lend an ear and help you design a life you love.
