MID CAREER PROFESSIONALS
Our 1-on-1 coaching is mainly for mid-career professionals looking for guidance and mentorship on a career change. This can be in, out or adjacent to traditional roles in architecture.
After selecting an advisor from our team, you’ll set goals, get the resources and tools you need to find a new role inside of or beyond your current career, and have all the support and guidance you need along the way.
INITIAL CAREER CONSULT - $99
Start designing your career here! This is an initial coaching call with one of our advisors, designed to get you headed in the right direction for your search. We use this time to learn more about you, give advice for your next steps, and share how we can support you with other resources and deeper level coaching packages.
COACHING PACKAGE - $1000
The Career Consulting Package is a 3-month engagement covering the core work to help you progress in your transition. You will start with a 1 hour Onboarding call, and your advisor work with you to create a plan for your search. This package includes up to 4 hrs of coaching time including follow-up calls, email correspondence, material review, etc. It also includes our suite of career workbooks to jumpstart your process.
MATERIAL REVIEW - $300
This is a 60 min virtual call for anyone interested in reviewing their materials with a specific role or in mind. Our advisors may suggest edits, offer advice, and help synthesize your materials.
You do not need to be a consulting client of OOA to book, and this is not an engagement in ongoing coaching services.
CAREER BOOTCAMP - $6000
This package is a comprehensive engagement with the OOA team across a 6-month period. Beyond the initial onboarding, you will meet with your advisor on a bi-weekly basis to generate new paths you hadn't considered before, decide together on which problems to focus, make connections in new fields, think creatively about how to deploy your valuable skills, and more. The process can span from the career search, into applications, offers, negotiation, and even into your new role working on upskilling, early tone-setting, etc. It also includes our suite of career workbooks to jumpstart your process.
ONE HOUR SESSION - $300
Want to just dive in and work with a coach? These one-off coaching sessions allow you to work with one of our advisors on an hourly basis. Keep in mind, this does not include any prep time on behalf of our team.

Material Review - $150
This is an asynchronous service for an OOA Advisor to review one of your key application materials. You can choose your resume, your short works portfolio, or your LinkedIn profile. We will record a screen capture walking through our suggestions, thoughts, and feedback on your material to support you in landing that dream role.

DEFINE + DESIGN WORKSHOP - $350
Jan 28th+30th, 6-9pm EST
Embarking on a career change can be daunting - especially if you're uncertain about the direction you may want to go. This workshop will help you gain clarity on your path and find what resonates with you.
The workshop is two 3-hour sessions and includes a Private Slack Channel with access to the advisor (instructor) and other participants. These sessions are geared toward designers who are interested in learning from an Out of Architecture advisor in a private group setting.
