What You’ll Do
We’re moving fast! More than ever before, employers are looking for ways to build more equitable hiring practices. As a Content Manager, you will take the lead on setting the content strategy and managing a team to execute against it. You embrace experimentation and learning and thrive in highly collaborative cultures that encourage diversity of thought. You will work closely with product, sales, design, marketing and the DEI team to define a consistent tone and voice based on our brand personality of being bold, joyful, approachable, empathetic, and trusted.
You can look at content through the lens of multiple perspectives from recruiters to hiring managers to candidates addressing the multiple needs and behaviors simultaneously. Your expertise will help us create experiences that lead to the organizational and individual behavior change needed for us to meet our ambitious roadmap and transform the DE&I space.
How You’ll Do It
Create a content strategy and roadmap working with the sales, marketing, design, product and DEI teams.
Manage a team of contractors working to create content that supports playbooks, education, and curriculum on our platform.
Co-create with design to ensure content and visual design are building off each other.
Articulate the value proposition and manage content on the website as our offer continues to evolve over time.
Work with the Product and Customer Impact teams to ensure product launch announcements are approachable and reflect the brand.
Develop a robust library of content that can be used across marketing and sales assets.
Partner with third parties, including research firms, to create content that resonates with prospects and customers.
Work with the DEI and Product team to script education videos and create a common understanding and vocabulary of DEI terms.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in design or advertising agencies or in-house design studios developing content for digital experiences and print.
Knowledge of and/or experience in the DEI space as an advocate within an organization or developing products or digital experiences.
Extraordinary listening and written communication skills with the ability to consolidate complex ideas into clear, approachable, and actionable language.
Experience with video production, podcasts, and other channels is a plus.
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management.
