Design Program Manager - Enlisted Design

Enlisted Design is seeking a Design Program Manager to join their strategically-minded client services team. They are looking for individuals who are passionate and enthusiastic about design with a proactive attitude and team-oriented approach. You’ll collaborate closely with the brand, industrial design, UX and packaging teams, contributing on client projects in various industries. We are presently hiring for both our Oakland and Salt Lake studios.

As part of the team, you will

  • Manage all aspects of a project, from intake through completion

  • Develop and continually maintain systems and processes to help all aspects of the project run smoothly

  • Serve as client-liaison to ensure successful project execution and overall satisfaction

  • Contribute to strategic vision

  • Manage competing priorities

  • Assist client and internal teams with identifying road-blocks and contribute efficient solutions.

  • Build timelines that account for contingencies and recognize reality, and guide your team to meet key milestone

  • Identify, assess and manage project resources, including freelancers and third-party vendors.

  • Analyze a situation or business problem and find creative solutions

  • Communicate clearly and effectively on paper and in person

  • Exhibit an uncanny eye for detail

  • Support business development and participate in pitches, estimating, and developing scopes of work


Your experience includes:

  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience working in a creative agency or studio in a client service role.

  • Understanding of the UX design process.

  • Experience with branding and packaging design and/or industrial design and product development.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Working knowledge project management and collaboration software.

  • Bachelor's degree.
