Design Coordinator, Festivals - AEG (Los Angeles, CA)

The Creative Coordinator is a key asset to the GP team who will coordinate with facilitating internal communication between the sales team, activation team, and creative department. This role will be responsible for developing creative sales decks through presenting new and innovative ideas and working with our internal creative team in consistent branding. Create custom materials across all AEG entities, including festival materials.

Essential Functions

  • Designs creative sales and marketing presentations (e.g. PowerPoint) and sales materials by working closely with the sales and activations team to understand needs.

  • Present information in a clear and concise manner, while focusing on providing a strong aesthetic that is in sync with AEG and GP brand equity.

  • Manage an asset library for entire GP Sales team. The Coordinator will create and maintain the cloud based library as needed.

  • Participates in brand-building initiatives across all Global Partnerships branded platforms.

  • Streamlines efficiencies in proposal creating process, ensuring best practices and providing strategic guidance and advice towards execution of sales materials.

  • Manages relationships between Global Partnerships and AEG Creative team, and works to create consistent branding among the GP division

  • Partners with analytics team to identify relevant data to be present to the sales team as it relates to revenue figures, statistical data, etc., and prepares written analysis and visual charts and graphs to be included in sales proposals and presentations.

  • Participates in monthly creative team meetings; Collaborates with creative teams across AEG’s portfolio and presents innovative materials to outline AEG Best Practices.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)

  • 2-4 years Related experience

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign & MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with Graphic Design: posters, logos, & infographics, Photography, Video Production, & Web Design

  • Proficiency with PowerPoint & Adobe Photoshop

  • Organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities, problem solve, think strategically, multi-task, pay attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Good written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

  • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner, while focusing on providing a strong aesthetic that is in sync with AEG and Global Partnerships brand equity.

  • Understands the core principles of research, marketing, copywriting, and how they correlate to sales & servicing

  • Passionate about emerging media & trends

  • Design or Marketing certification Preferred
