About You
2+ years of digital design experience, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience
Experience and comfort in fast-paced and multiple workstream environments
Self-starting, pro-active and take-charge attitude
Strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to develop ideas with exceptional design quality for a broad range of digital channels to drive business results
Advanced understanding of design tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Illustrator, XD, Photoshop) Sketch, Zeplin
Awareness and interest in current and emerging design and technology trends
Familiarity with UX best practices and Web Accessibility standards
Knowledge of basic motion design skills, with a willingness to learn.
HTML and WordPress experience is an asset
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate with team members at all levels
A keen eye for detail and precisionHighly organized

What you will be doing
Deliver thoughtful and impactful digital design across all creative projects
Gather insights through design research and collaboration with other GALE domains
Develop creative concepts for various marketing channels such as digital, branding, CRM, print, motion, video, experiential, OOH
Work closely with internal leads and stakeholders and external partners to produce creative that delivers on key business objectives and elevates the overall GALE creative offering.
Be a hands-on designer for deliverables, including, but not limited to: websites, infographics, emails, social media, digital and experiential.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all creative projects and leverage expertise to deliver the on-brand messaging and solve key business problems.
Create images and select photography that properly conveys the key brand
Execute all design work based on the creative brief and strategic direction from business, strategy and account leads
