Brand Designer - Alto (Remote)
Alto is looking for a remote (within the U.S.) brand designer with a strong portfolio and a passion for collaborating with designers, product managers, partners and executives to help our customers win. Within the framework of a strong brand identity, you'll work to conceptualize, strategize and design content that will be used across web, social media, print, video, digital experiences and other mediums.

What you'll do:
Collaborate daily with a cross-functional team to create great stories that our team will use to educate customers, buyers and move the business forward
Conceptualize, strategize and design content and product marketing campaigns that while digitally native could potentially later include activations across print, web, social, event, environment, OOH
Manage asset libraries for reusable, systematic design
Maintain and evolve visual design guidelines
Support cross-functional teams across all brand touchpoints that include but are not limited to creating assets for internal onboarding, conferences, customer outreach
These can range from internal training documents, PR related activities, sales decks and one sheets
Research and analyze industry brand and design trends and competitor sites and strategies
What we'd like to see in your application:
8 + years experience, 3+ years as a Brand Designer
At least 1-3 years of visual design experience, preferably digital in a tech, product and/or SaaS environment
A portfolio of compelling design work
Demonstrated experience maintaining and upholding brand guidelines
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communication or fine arts - or equivalent experience
Bonus points: experience in Enterprise SaaS
What you bring to the table:
Strong skills in branding, typography and visual design
Proficiency with software tools such as Figma, Creative Suite, Google Slides Beautiful.ai and Docs
Clear at articulating the value of design through verbal and visual presentation skills
Ability to be a systems thinker that loves to solve complex problems through smart, visual storytelling
Highly detail-oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel but still agile enough to concept, iterate, and execute
Illustration, animation and presentation design
