Your Mission
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, BIM Coordinator with excellent project and BIM management skills to be the main point of contact for our enterprise customers. The focus will be on assisting with the build and creation of Digital Twin’s in Unreal Engine, via importing and managing BIM assets. You will be primarily interfacing with our North American enterprise customers and supporting other Digital Twin projects across the globe, whilst setting up processes & templates to improve interoperability from BIM file types into our Visualisation Pipeline (3DS Max/Blender & Unreal Engine). You will be aware of the latest BIM workflow processes and tools, ensuring file interoperability is efficient and optimised.
Externally, you will be leading correspondence with our customers (Facilities Management groups at venues and/or their Architecture firms), consolidating AEC file types and being the lead facilitator in ensuring BIM workflows are efficient. Internally, you will be responsible for overseeing the AEC>Visualisation pipeline across our global teams, ensuring that projects have the necessary resources and time - with close support from Customer Success (Account Managers) on each project.

Your responsibilities
Lead Project/Resource Management
Lead the communication and management of all Digital Twin builds across regions, by managing estimated ‘build’ timelines and internal resourcing across: CAD Support, 3D Visualisers & Unreal Engine Artists
Work with: Sales, Strategy & Operations and Customer Success (Account Management) teams to forecast pipeline & manage bandwidth
Create and execute project schedules that align with deliverables, current pipeline bandwidth and customer needs
Strong delivery of project management including project planning & scheduling, tracking and delivering on deliverables, managing timelines and scope management in AEC firm
Explore scale options via internal future hires (to build a team) and external out-sourced freelance talent.
BIM File Review & Audit, Organisation & Coordination:
Lead on reviewing all BIM assets (2D and 3D) to audit technical levels of detail for architectural files received from customers and/or architects
Excellent software proficiency across: AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit (BIM Implementation & Execution) & Navisworks.
Awareness of file types and knowledge of: Bluebeam, BIM360, Rhino, Sketchup, 3DSMax, Blender & Unreal Engine are important but not vital.
Lead on setting up documentation and processes to optimise how all Customer Data (BIM or similar) is created to build Digital Twin’s at scale.
Ability to forecast how best to scale the global team, either with outsourced BIM Consultancies, freelancers or internal hiring.
Customer Facing Role (supporting Account Managers):
Engaging directly with customer's facilities manager and/or architect (individual or department who is actually creating the architectural files or compiling it)
Lead the process of: scheduling check-in meetings, status update meetings, and any other communication between the project team and the customer
Provide technical expertise for such large complex architectural datasets in BIM, knowing ideal methods of consolidating files across multiple disciplines.
Provide updates as often as we are contractually required
Your skill set
Minimum of 5 years of BIM Management/Coordinator/Lead experience in AEC firm
Experience working on large projects such as: Stadiums, Arenas, Convention Centers, Airports & Infrastructure etc.
Revit Level 2 or 3 expertise
Client facing (stakeholder management) experience required
Interest and experience in optimising workflows and processes to move data and geometry between multiple file types in BIM environments
Experience with BIM quality assurance and quality control by reviewing existing BIM LOD (Levels of Detail) of projects so they adhere to BIM to Visualisation requirements
