Design Analyst, Operations - Taco Bell (Irvine, CA)

Taco Bell has been recognized as a leading innovator in the restaurant industry and even the business world.  The Design Analyst must be a highly creative and effective professional with design experience and demonstrate the ability to create and execute documents to depict the latest design. They must be able to effectively collaborate with peers in the real estate, construction, engineering, operations, marketing, and other key departments and review plans and documents that support the development pipeline with our corporate and franchise stores.

We are looking for a knowledgeable talented multi-disciplined architect/designer who has the ability to take innovative conceptual ideas and apply those to site-specific needs and has the ability to meet aggressive timelines, functional goals, and more while constantly pushing for high quality and standards across the system.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Review drawings for approval through the Taco Bell asset management system.

  • Communicate approvals and/or redlines and track revisions and re-submittals.

  • Review post-audit photos and schedule reviews with the brand team to facilitate final project closeouts.

  • Develop standard tools in Bluebeam/AutoCAD based on templates and playbooks

  • Assist Brand designers with renderings, 3D models, and presentation graphics

  • Flexibility to pivot to various projects based on business needs

Is This You?

  • Education/Certifications – Bachelor/associate degree in interior design/architecture construction or related field

  • 2+ years of related experience

  • 2+ years of industry experience with architectural software – AutoCAD/Bluebeam/Sketchup

  • Project management experience is highly preferred

  • Experience working through the design process and ability to read drawings

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites

  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) is a must

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate office environment

  • Strong desire to build know-how and grow within the position and organization

  • Ability on limited occasions to travel to attend or work at job-related conferences and functions

Salary Range: ­­$73,500-$95,040 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
