Head of Facilities - Sony Playstation (Liverpool, UK)
As the Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for leading the facilities team at our Liverpool site, as well as being responsible for ensuring the studio is maintained to the highest standard.
The Head of Facilities will also be responsible for ensuring that our studio operates in accordance with Fire Measures and Health and Safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all aspects of the Facilities Management functions are being performed to a high standard.
Propose strategy for the facilities function for approval by Leadership Team.
Manage outsourced service contracts, ensuring the highest quality of service is always delivered.
Oversee and review tender process.
Ensure compliance with fire and health and safety standards and legislation, implementing and reviewing policies where necessary.
Review and update health and safety risk assessments.
Ensure the building is kept up to date with the correct number of Fire Marshalls and first aiders that are fully trained.
Facilitate, organize and project manager office moves and building works including space planning.
Management of Facilities Helpdesk and mailbox.
Track, monitor and report on performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs and other targets (financial, operational, and contractual).
Work closely with SIEE Facilities Management Teams
Assist with the management of Environmental matters to ensure targets are met and any issues are resolved.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Previous experience managing facilities at large sites
Experience with risk assessments and risk management procedures
Experience with contract and tenancy management
Ability to work under own initiative, being flexible and adaptable
Ability to lead projects
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
IOSH/NEBOSH qualified
Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word
