The Role

We’re looking for a talented and imaginative 3D Designer to join our creative team and bring events, brand experiences, and exhibitions to life! If you love turning ideas into stunning visuals and have a knack for creating immersive spaces, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities: 3D Design and Visualisation

  • Create visually striking 3D designs for events, brand activations, and occasionally exhibition spaces that wow our clients and audiences.

  • Work closely with our creative, production, and account teams to develop concepts that balance creativity and practicality.

  • Translate client briefs into compelling spatial designs, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and event goals

  • Use your 3D modelling and rendering skills to visualise spaces, environments, and installations that bring our ideas to life in vivid detail, mindful of technical production limitations.

  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, and project managers to ensure your designs align with the overall project vision, client goals and budget limitations.

  • Developing a great relationship with our production suppliers to get the most out of materials, production processes and innovative techniques.   

  • Ensure designs are feasible within the project’s budget and explore cost-effective solutions without compromising design quality.

  • Design with sustainability in mind, using eco-friendly materials and considering reusable design elements where possible.

Qualifications

  • A relevant design qualification

  • Creative 3D design experience (min. 3-5 years) in visualising events, brand experiences, retail, exhibition spaces.

  • Expert in 3D design software like SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Twinmotion etc. along with strong rendering skills. Vectorworks, CAD and some Creative Suite skills (eg. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) would be an advantage. 

  • Ability to present your ideas to clients and internal teams in engaging proposals through moodboarding, creating material palettes and scamping ideas. 

  • A passion for storytelling through space and design, with an eye for detail, practical considerations and aesthetics.

  • Ability to work within deadlines and adapt to feedback, while maintaining a high standard of work.

  • Ability to troubleshoot design issues, production challenges, or technical constraints creatively and effectively.

  • Great communication skills—you’ll be working closely with internal teams, suppliers and clients to bring projects to life.

  • Strong presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly to clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to take and implement feedback.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining design integrity.
