What You’ll Be Doing:
Polycam is hiring a passionate and experienced Community Support Associate to engage with and grow our online communities across Discord, Reddit, and more. You’ll serve as the brand's voice, foster positive relationships, and handle customer support inquiries. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with community members, influencers, and internal teams to maintain a thriving, engaged community.
Responsibilities:
Actively engage with users on Discord, Reddit, and social media platforms
Create, curate, and schedule content to drive interaction within the community
Organize events, AMAs, giveaways, and activities to encourage participation
Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and share insights with internal teams
Moderate discussions and enforce community guidelines to ensure a positive environment
Serve as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries across multiple platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Discord, Reddit)
Troubleshoot issues and escalate more complex problems to relevant teams
Track and analyze community metrics to inform strategy and content improvements
📌 Required Qualifications:
Proven experience growing online communities, with a focus on Discord and Reddit
Extensive experience with 3D modeling and a passion for community building
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with customer support tools, particularly Zendesk
Knowledge of social media management and community growth strategies
Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and tact
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
Salary:
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. We consider an individual’s background and experience in determining the final salary; therefore, the base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
