General Summary:
The Graphics Specialist plays a crucial role in helping Urban3 effectively communicate our mission through visually stunning presentations. This position collaborates closely with the team to engage audiences in communities across the US, both in physical and virtual settings, and contribute to meaningful projects in various fields such as racial equity, economics, tax policy, urban planning, and city design. The Graphics Specialist excels at dissecting complex concepts, analyzing information, and solving visual challenges through the design of compelling visuals that skillfully narrate the stories of our client community to ultimately drive tangible change and inspire action.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and executes Keynote designs and templates
Collaborates with internal project teams to effectively convey concepts in simple visuals
Creates original visual media that communicates in an engaging and unified way
Converting final presentations into client deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools
Required Skills and Abilities:
Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Keynote
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with skills in visual design, color theory, and typography
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with a team
Strong attention to detail, organization and prioritization skills
Ability to switch between tasks and manage multiple projects and clients while being open to receiving feedback from multiple stakeholders
Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a graphic design related field, with strong emphasis on presentation design
Experience in urban design, urban planning, landscape architecture or architecture is a plus
