Our AI with generative design creates a multitude of iterations with real-time insights into design, cost, and constructability to reduce risk and maximize site potential.
We’re looking for a motivated B2B salesperson with Real Estate Development / AEC experience seeking a new challenge. Nurturing both inbound leads and hunting your own, you have a knack for creating instant bonds with prospects and colleagues alike in our remote work environment. You’re a quick learner and self-motivated to work independently - no one’s holding your hand here! You’re results-oriented, and openly share your ideas for improvements to workflows and methods to get even better results, faster.
You know how to close, and all that goes with it - perseverance, creativity, hustle, problem-solving, and empathy. You see opportunity in objection. The phrase “That’s how we’ve always done it” makes your skin crawl.

Responsibilities
Our sales team is seeking someone who can hop in and execute at a high level. The Account Executive will -
Hit or exceed your sales targets.
Demonstrate the technical software to prospective clients generated both from inbound and outbound (with assistance from a Technical Sales Engineer as needed).
Perform diligent discovery and follow-up with a focus on ROI to open opportunities and trialing prospects to close deals.
Keep CRM data clean and provide product feedback to the team.
Target prospective companies and dive in on points leveraging your industry know-how.
Effective communication with your team members.
As events resume, some travel will be required.
Skills & Experience
Real estate / AEC experience required.
Technical aptitude for software solutions
Ideally 3 years in a B2B SaaS sales role
Track record of hitting and exceeding your targets
Efficient at using a CRM (we use Hubspot)
Successful in both prospecting and converting inbound leads
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with selling at an ACV of at least $12K+, ideally you have experience with a higher ACV.
Salary
The salary for this role is commensurate with experience, with an OTE between $180-200K. We offer a great benefits package too; read on below.
Travel
Yes: A minimum of 2 times per year for a company retreat and team meeting.
