Role Overview
As a 3D Designer, you’ll design and visualize dynamic, immersive environments for experiential marketing activations and events. Your expertise in creating compelling 3D designs will be rooted in a deep understanding of experiential marketing, agency workflows, and event production. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative designs that elevate brand experiences and resonate with gaming, entertainment, and culture-savvy audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Design for Experiential Events: Conceptualize and produce 3D designs for large-scale activations, live events, pop-ups, and interactive installations.
Visualization & Rendering: Create detailed 3D models, high-quality renders, and visual assets using tools like Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent.
Collaborative Ideation: Partner with creative strategists, event producers, and technical teams to transform ideas into immersive experiences that align with brand goals.
Event-Centric Expertise: Develop designs optimized for live experiences, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and audience engagement.
Client Interaction: Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine designs and meet their objectives.
Fabrication & Build Support: Provide technical files and support to production and fabrication teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
Industry Trends: Stay ahead of trends in experiential design, marketing activations, and event production to inspire forward-thinking creative work.
Process Management: Maintain organized workflows, including asset management and versioning, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event design, or agency environments, with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
Expertise in 3D design and rendering software such as Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent. Proficiency in rendering engines like V-Ray, Redshift, or Octane.
Demonstrated experience designing for live events, pop-ups, or large-scale experiential activations.
Strong understanding of experiential marketing strategies, including audience engagement and brand storytelling.
Familiarity with event production workflows, including fabrication processes, technical design specs, and vendor collaboration.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment while managing multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts to internal teams and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with gaming or entertainment brands and knowledge of gaming IPs (e.g., Call of Duty, Fortnite, Pokémon Go, etc.).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and additional tools for visualization and asset creation.
Familiarity with AR/VR design tools or interactive technologies.
Passion for gaming, esports, and the intersection of entertainment and culture.
