Summary:

Cosm is looking for a talented and motivated Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Architecture and Planning, you will play a key role in the design and execution of our venue projects as we expand nationwide. This position requires a creative problem-solver with a strong architectural background and a passion for delivering high-quality and cutting-edge designs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Architecture and Planning on the design and development of new venue projects.

  • Continuously iterate and innovate design ideas and solutions to implement in future venues

  • Assist early design phases internally with site feasibility studies and test fits

  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design intent and standards.

  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.

  • Find new ways to enhance and deliver the Cosm Fan experience in our venues

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.

  • Excellent skills in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino 3D).

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Licensure in architecture is a plus, but not required.
