NORY (www.nory.co) is NYC's largest early childhood STEM summer camp. Our hands-on STEM curriculum, designed for children aged 3-12, covers a wide range of STEM subjects and tools, from robotics to woodworking. Who We're Looking For & Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Regional Executive Director to lead our expansion into the San Francisco Bay Area. This entrepreneurial position will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive expansion strategy for the San Francisco Bay Area.
Establishing partnerships with schools, educational organizations, and community partners.
Leading marketing and community outreach efforts to increase brand visibility and attract new families.
Recruiting, onboarding, and managing a local team to deliver the NORY-standard STEM program experience.
Overseeing budget, P&L, and operational efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with local permit and licensing requirements.
Collaborating with our NYC headquarters on resources and best practices.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program management or a related field.
Proven track record of business or educational program expansion and partnership formation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area educational landscape.

Requirements:
Willingness to travel to NYC as needed.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary, based on KPIs
