Creative Director - Experiential (Remote)
The Role:
As the Creative Director - Experiential, you will be the driving force behind some of our most ambitious and engaging projects. You will lead the creative vision from concept through execution, ensuring that every experience we create is innovative, immersive, and impactful. This role requires hands-on knowledge of advanced design and rendering software to create and design all renders and experiences, along with extensive knowledge of intellectual property (IP) and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and design of immersive experiential marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee and guide the creative process, ensuring high-quality, innovative outcomes.
- Utilize advanced design software to create detailed 3D models, animations, renders, and event plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling experiential designs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our creative work cutting-edge.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, project objectives, and IP regulations.
- Create incredible audience experiences that connect deeply with gaming culture and broader cultural trends.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in experiential creative design, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in creating engaging, immersive experiences.
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3DS Max or Maya for 3D modeling, animation, and rendering.
- Skilled in Vectorworks Spotlight for CAD and event planning.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for graphic design and video editing.
- Knowledge of Resolume Arena or TouchDesigner for VJ software and real-time multimedia processing.
- Knowledge of Disguise for media server and production suite for live events.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive creative projects from conception through completion.
- Extensive knowledge of intellectual property (IP) regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- A passion for creating engaging experiences that connect with gaming, sports, entertainment, and youth cultures.
- Practical understanding of event spaces, facilities, and venues, including the creation and management of floor plans.
- Deep love for gaming culture and cultural trends, with an ability to integrate these elements into creative projects.
