You’re highly organized and adept at managing complex calendars and fostering cross-functional partnerships. A Day in the Life:

The Director, Design Operations will support the Footwear Design team’s daily operational, calendar management, communications, and resource perspective ensuring the design team is aware of key priorities and deliverables. 

This role will also be involved in monitoring deliverables, developing processes for integration with the internal design team, and communicating feedback and expectations accordingly to ensure timely execution. They will work to enhance and streamline processes in support of greater speed and agility for early innovation concepts; serve as liaison between the design team, consultants, and cross-functional partners, and oversee communications between said teams.

To Land This Role:

  • 10+ years of Project Management/Operations experience in a Fashion environment or related field.

  • Strong understanding of Footwear Design & Product Development 

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred 

  • Attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organization.

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, and PLM (Centric) systems. 

  • Ability to work effectively with creative teams

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Analytical, dynamic, and solutions-oriented who can think pre-emptively and outside the box  

  • Collaborative partner with a team-oriented approach

  • Highly motivated, passionate, and results-oriented

  • Understand how to motivate talent and help foster a collaborative creative culture

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 145,000.00 USD - 175,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
