We seek a visionary Creative Director with a strategic mindset and a transformative spirit to shape the visual language and overall creative direction of Native Instruments. This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of visual designers, copywriters, and video editors, fostering an environment of collaboration, inspiration, and relentless innovation. You will be the champion of our creative vision, ensuring it seamlessly aligns with the brand and resonates deeply across our diverse user base.
What You'll Do
Develop and articulate a compelling creative direction for Native Instruments, pushing the boundaries of music technology marketing and branding.
Guide, mentor, and empower your team, ensuring they have the resources and support to produce world-class creative outputs.
Embrace emerging trends in design, technology, and communication. Actively seek transformative, out-of-the-box approaches that elevate the brand.
Oversee all visual and narrative aspects of our brand, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency across all touchpoints.
Spearhead creative testing initiatives, using data and insights to refine campaigns, messaging, and visual styles for maximum impact.
Forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders including brand strategists, product creators, UX leads, artist relations, social media, content teams, and product marketing leaders to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
What You'll Need
Experience in creative leadership roles, preferably with a focus on technology, lifestyle brands, or the music industry.
Exemplary work showcasing brand strategy, compelling visuals, engaging narratives, and an ability to translate complex ideas into impactful campaigns.
An unwavering eye for detail and a high standard of creative output across a wide range of mediums.
Ability to motivate, mentor and empower a creative team to push their boundaries and deliver exceptional work.
Experience in leveraging data and analytics to inform creative decisions and ensure campaign effectiveness.
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
