MANAGER, CREATIVE STRATEGY - UNIVERSAL STUDIOS FLORIDA (ORLANDO, FL)
The Manager, Creative Strategy is responsible for supporting the development and execution of creative strategies, tools and planning that ensures Universal Creative is at the forefront of guest wish fulfillment. Supporting the Sr. Director Creative Strategy, the leader assists in translating business, industry, consumer, and cultural insights into creative strategies that inspire and empower the Creative Studio to deliver the most compelling entertainment experiences imaginable.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translates multiple sources of data and insights into highly compelling creative strategies, presentations and briefs that inspire creative development teams.
Forges key relationships across the enterprise that deliver business context and insights key to creative strategy development while advancing the reputation of the Creative Studio.
Conducts competitive analyses, looking across the consumer and competitive landscape for innovations and key trends that inform and inspire creative strategy.
Assists in the development of IP Evaluations and maintains IP prioritization documents.
Actively contributes to best-in-class culture by embracing change, collaborating with others at various levels, learning from adversity and driving for solutions. Aligns to DE&I focus across corporate culture and business.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Supervises an Exempt and Non-Exempt team. Supervisory responsibilities vary based on assignment.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science or Management disciplines including Theater, Design, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Production, Project Management is required. Master's degree strongly preferred - MS, MA, MBA.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years strategic planning experience in a creative organization or equivalent combination of education and experience. Keynote and/or PowerPoint proficient required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
