Product Manager, Dynamo - Autodesk (Remote)

As a Product Manager for the Computational Design and Automation group, you will play a pivotal role in exploring and developing the next generation of Computational Design and Automation capabilities. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, industry strategy teams, software developers, and other product teams, you will define requirements, set milestones, build roadmaps, and help shape the future of the AEC domain.
We are looking for someone open to hybrid or remote US EST.
Responsibilities
You will apply your deep understanding of AEC workflows to identify market opportunities that shape a comprehensive strategy and product vision for Dynamo – the backbone of Computational Design and Automation
You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal XD/Strategy teams to understand pain points and requirements. Translate these insights into target use cases and workflows that address customer needs, prioritize the team’s work, and inspire creativity
Effectively communicate system updates and roadmaps to team members, including executives and other company leaders
You will work directly with Autodesk product teams to define development of new methodologies and tools
Promote the benefits of Computational and Generative Design via customer interaction, social media, and industry conferences
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in architecture or related fields, with a strong understanding of the AEC industry workflows and customer problems
Strong communication and presentation skills to clarify and summarize complex issues for executives, business development leaders, and development teams
Experience and comfort managing partners, risk, and uncertainty
Manage teams with a collaborative and empowering approach
Some travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Pragmatic, SVPG, or other high-quality product management training programs
Experience working with Dynamo, across both Computational Design and Automation approaches

Knows how to execute and has demonstrated the ability to incrementally deliver on the team’s goals
Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners that easily influences and negotiates with a diverse set of partners

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,800 and $182,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
