Sr. Design/Drafting Checker - Blue Origin (Los Angeles, CA)
Responsibilities will include working cross-functionally with Responsible Engineers, Development/Test Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers to help improve design and drafting standards. You will take part in design reviews to verify that model integrity is compliant with internal company standards and meets full engineering intent with the required form fit and function in a properly configured assembly.

Qualifications:
15+ years of related experience
Proficient in Creo, Windchill and Creo View
Strong work ethic, high attention to detail and great communication skills
Knowledge of ASME standards Y14.5, Y14.100, Y14.41, etc.
Experience in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA)
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Desired:
10+ years of design experience using Creo/Wildfire/Pro-Engineer
Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing certified; Active or expired, Technologist or Senior.
