Louis Vuitton North America is searching for a Special Events Senior Manager, Production and Creative Services. This individual will report to the Director of Special Events in the LVA Communications department. The Special Events Senior Manager, Production and Creative Services will support the vision and strategies of the LVA & LVM Special Events programs including Image, Press, Fashion Shows, Exhibitions and Store Opening Events etc. in North and South America. We are looking for someone who will develop and maintain in precise detail local and global event budgets. They will work closely with the events team in Paris to provide support with global projects, initiatives and events. Act as a liaison between key members of LVM and all functional partners across LVA, including regional and country offices.

Profile

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Organize and execute Image, Press, Fashion Shows, Exhibitions and Store Opening events etc

  • On-site event execution, coordination and external vendor support

  • LVA & LVM budget management, including individual budgets and master budget

  • Collaborate on creation and design of event concept and set up

  • Negotiate and bid out assets and elements needed for a particular design

  • Prepare all aspects of Production

Innovation

  • Brainstorm, strategize and propose event concepts, activations and plans that are first to market.

  • Coordinate and complete Image, Press, Exhibitions, and Store Openings events, etc.

  • On-site event execution, coordination, and external vendor support

Agility

  • Liaise with vendors (i.e. catering, production, AV, etc.), includes bidding and negotiating vendor proposals

  • Mentor events coordinator and/or events assistant, when applicable

  • Communicate frequently with LVM and LVA internal partners, as well as external vendors

  • Work with legal and procurement departments to procure legal documents when planning events with external vendors

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $125,000 - $140,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including:  medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
