The role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team.
As part of this role, you will join our team to help define and deliver the next phase of growth for KOPE. You will help grow our commercial offering based on customer insights and feedback, leading on initiatives and strategies to deliver success.
Some infrequent travel to our Central London office will be required with this role.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision.
Develop initiatives to deliver on company goals and key success metrics.
Identify and prioritize key features and capabilities of our product offerings.
Help to refine our product management process.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UI/UX, design, and sales to ensure product success.
Lead product development by seeing features from inception through to testing and release.
Conduct customer research, interviews etc to uncover and formulate product initiatives in an evidence-based approach
Conduct market research to inform product decisions and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the construction industry.
Document feature, stories etc requirements in a structured manner
Work closely with the sales team to drive go-to-market strategy and ensure successful product adoption
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the construction tech industry.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Worked with an organisation selling B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing comprehensive product strategies.
Experience overseeing product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Experience using Figma, ProductBoard and DevOps advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Passion for innovation in the construction industry and desire to drive product development forward.
