Marketing Director - TestFit (Remote)

TestFit is looking for a hungry, results-oriented marketing leader with hands-on product marketing or ABM experience. As the leader of the marketing team, reporting to our SVP of Growth, as well as freelancers /agencies,  you will be responsible for ensuring all marketing initiatives are being continuously delivered. As an experienced Product Marketeer (or Account Based Marketeer), you will own that role as well as your leadership responsibilities. You will work closely with the SVP Growth to craft marketing strategy,  messaging & lifecycle marketing. Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategy, including digital ad spend, continually improving website, release marketing, regular content generation, email, field marketing, SEM & more. 

  • Provide leadership to a marketing team of 3. You will mentor and grow our team, while being mindful of our 3 core values: Empathy, Integrity, & Innovation.

  • Working with industry thought leaders and the real estate / AEC community to establish a differentiated, bold and loud voice for TestFit in the market in our blogs, videos, social media & more.

  • Creating awareness and demand for TestFit,Leverage Hubspot for campaign management to track ROI of various initiatives.

  • Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.

  • Managing budget, including negotiating details of contracts and payments.

  • Maintaining communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives.

  • Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving.

  • You will work closely with the VP Growth to create a plan to deliver on TestFit’s OKRs and will deliver regular reporting to track your results.

  • Closely align with sales to ensure lead quality.

  • As events resume, travel may be required.

Skills & experience

  • 5-10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with proven results & a strong understanding of the full marketing mix. 

  • 3-5 years’ proven track record supervising and / or running digital ad campaigns.

  • Passion for product with minimum 2 years in product marketing -or- 2 years building out account based marketing strategy and proven results.

  • Hubspot experience tracking ROI of marketing campaigns.

  • Highly motivated self-starter who is humble and always looking to improve.

  • Commercial Real Estate industry experience and / or AEC experience a strong asset.

  • Previous growth stage company experience ($1 million ARR +) a bonus.

  • You thrive working and managing a team remotely and have tangible experience doing so.

$150,000 - $180,000 a year

  • Salary depends on experience.

Travel:

  • Yes: A minimum of 2 times per year for a company retreat and team meeting.
