Responsibilities
Develop and improve user experience across Workday’s digital marketing web experiences like workday.com
Partner closely with stakeholders to document requirements and guidelines
Work iteratively and collaboratively with user researchers, UX designers, UX writers, and engineers
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience designing simple, intuitive, and modern web experiences
Deep understanding of UX thinking, best practices, and standards
An outstanding portfolio with examples of your work, process, and results
Holistic and user centered perspective
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to present your ideas
Experience with Figma and prototyping tools
Other Qualifications
Experience with HTML and CSS
Experience working in the Enterprise/B2B software space
Familiarity with the Workday brand and products
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $77.59/hour - $103.45/hour
