You Are: 

Concentric, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Vice President, Associate Creative Director Art, who will oversee Art Direction on a given brand or group of brands. You are responsible for the overall visual strategy and creative quality on your brand by maintaining high standards on all projects. 

  

The Work: 

  • Work closely with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop and implement creative ideas and brand projects based on marketing objectives and informing strategy 

  • Act as a creative partner with the account team in assimilating feedback to/from corporate clients 

  • Provide Account team information for turn-around times, schedules, and status of creative projects 

  • Understand target audience and marketing goals for each assigned brand 

  • Take creative/strategic role in new business pitches 

  • Provide guidance to all junior and mid-level Art Directors 

  • Propose future initiatives for all assigned accounts 

  • Work with Account team to ensure quality and efficiency on all creative and brand projects and troubleshoot when necessary 

  • Present creative ideas and brand work to client 

  • Represent the agency as a client liaison 

 

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • 7+ years of art direction experience at an advertising agency preferred 

  • Portfolio of work featuring examples of both digital and print work, working on pharma or healthcare clients 

 

Bonus points if:   

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Strong presentation skills 

  • Ability to pick up therapeutic areas, interpret medical data, and grasp new concepts quickly 

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize projects 

  • In depth understanding of branding, strategy, and marketing 

  • Strong conceptual ability, with a strong aesthetic judgement 

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
