Art Lead - SUPERPLASTIC (Remote)

COMPENSATION:

$80,000 to $90,000 USD + Equity and Benefits


Position Overview:

As the Product Marketing - Art Director , you will collaborate closely with the Vice President, Marketing + product marketing and creative teams to develop and execute compelling visual concepts across various media to support Superplastic product drops. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for design, strong creative vision, and the ability to translate ideas into captivating visuals (photo, video, etc.).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for campaigns, projects, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the Vice President, Marketing + product marketing and creative teams to ensure concepts align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Visual Design: Create visually stunning designs for digital, print, and social media platforms, including advertisements, websites, social media posts, and marketing collateral. Ensure all visual content is on-brand, consistent in style, and meets the highest quality standards.

  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and other team members to produce cohesive and impactful creative work. Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design ideas and rationale.

  • Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies. Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, continuously pushing the boundaries of creative excellence.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a design or art direction role, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including digital and print projects.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, photography, videography, motion graphics.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
