Responsibilities
The main duties of a Project Manager include, but are not limited to, life-cycle management of all aspects of project execution, technical expertise on-site, weekly reporting to the Executive Producer on all assigned projects, and most importantly, representing the company on all client communications
Create and interpret event CAD plans and other production documents, including but not limited to, top plans, production schedules, equipment lists, labor orders and vendor quotes
Collaborate with the team to understand the event/project requirements and objectives
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless execution
Oversee the procurement of necessary equipment and materials, keeping in constant contact with vendors and executive producers
Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and best practices throughout the project life-cycle
Foster strong relationships with producers, vendors, and local event staff, ensuring overall satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future collaboration

Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects on-time and within budget
Proven problem solving abilities, critical thinking skills and strong communication (both oral and written)

In-depth knowledge of the Live Event AV industry, including AV system designs, understanding of how equipment and components are interconnected, troubleshooting issues onsite, identifying hurdles with the installation in both the planning and execution phase
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
5+ years in live event production experience is preferred
Prior supervisory/management experience (for a Senior-level position)
Proven proficiency with CAD software such as Vectorworks, AutoCAD
Proficiency in MS Office (Sharepoint, Excel, Powerpoint, Word), Google Workspaces (GDrive, Google Sheets, Docs)
Safety & OSHA certification awareness
Ability to travel up to 65% including overnight and weekend travel (amount may vary)
Knowledge of rendering software such as Cinema 4D, Unity, or Unreal Engine are a major plus
