Real Estate Manager - Stuf (NYC, NY)
Real estate is core to our business, and you share our passion for reinventing consumer experiences in the “built” world. As Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for market analysis, underwriting, pipeline management, internal project management, and supporting business development efforts. You will own transaction management, pushing deals from sourced to closed quickly and efficiently, while making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
As an early team member, you will have a rare opportunity to build and define the business from the ground up. This is a unique chance to lead major expansion in an entrepreneurial role with significant growth potential, and your work will redefine the self-storage industry for years to come. You love numbers, organization, and doing what others say can’t be done. You crave more responsibility and ownership in a fast-paced environment. You also understand how your business decisions impact the broader business both financially and operationally.
We look for people who take initiative and thrive in small, highly collaborative teams. The ideal candidate cares about the details (but can see the bigger picture) and delivers high quality work in a fast-paced environment. He/she/they has experience with real estate underwriting, market analysis, project management, a strong work ethic, and a hunger to learn and grow.
