WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Design Manager, Creative & Visual Merchandising - Americas to support the Senior Manager, Creative & Visual Merchandising - Americas in development and execution of all omnichannel design content including graphic design production, visual merchandising collateral, retail experience activations, social content and online/digital programs across all platforms and retail channels. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of excellence in creative execution, brand consistency and quality control.

$85,000/yr - $95,000/yr
What You'd Be Doing In This Role
Coordination and Collaboration
Coordinate project tracker in collaboration with Project Managers, and support the Regional Brand Team in the delivery of Creative Strategy for online and offline initiatives for the Americas market (US, Canada and Latin America).
Develop a strong partnership and collaboration with the Creative Design team, Project Management and Brand teams for cross-functional support.
Work closely with retail partners, display vendors, architects, agencies, shopfitters, and multiple internal brand teams to ensure consistency and best-in-class design content and solutions.
Consistently monitor disruptive designs and current beauty and lifestyle trends, both online and offline, supporting on fostering innovation throughout all interactions of brand with consumers.
Creative Execution and Quality Control
Ensure the highest level of excellence in all creative and executional phases of work, from mockups and conceptual studies to application of design into print production and delivery material.
Oversee deployment of regional Brand VM guidelines and Creative programs, including, but not limited to, planograms, fixture updates, merchandisers and prototypes.
Have a strong sense of design composition and the ability to act quickly to create translation of global assets for studies, mockups and production to be delivered to key partners.
Prepare delivery packages of final design files, checking dielines, dimensions, specs, and review / provide feedback on soft and hard proofs as required per project.
Demonstrate agility and willingness to learn: anticipate brand and business needs, face reality with accurate sense of urgency, generate conclusions, and mobilize to adapt to changing needs and demands.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or Visual Arts related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or brands/retail related fields.
Proactively seek to improve personal and organizational effectiveness to address current and future needs of the company. Learn from both successes and failures, and embrace opportunities. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas and concepts clearly and accurately to cross-functional partners - communicate through design.
Knowledge of technical drawings, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Strong typography skills and curiosity to explore innovative social content.
Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects (or similar video editing software).
Willingness to develop and learn 3D skills such as Sketchup, VRay (or similar 3D Modeling / rendering tools)
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position based out of our NYC Office Location. This position follows our current hybrid remote/in-office work model. Our hybrid model requires Team Members to be present in the office for Community Days, which are every Tuesday and Wednesday, while offering the freedom to work from home for the remainder of the week.
