Associate Creative Director - Effy Jewerly (New York, NY)

Are you a creative powerhouse with the ability to lead by example with hands-on output and direct the team in the design and production of best-in-class solutions across different platforms?

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to manage creative and production projects from concept creation to completion. The Associate Creative Director is responsible for developing concepts and strategies that are insightful, relevant, innovative, and effective while transforming them into creative solutions, managing creative teams, and ensuring business objectives are achieved.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support the Creative Director by assisting with the development of strategies and monitoring the performance of creative teams

  • Directing the design and development of creative materials.

  • Assisting the Creative Director with overseeing a creative team by providing guidance and project management on various projects

  • Managing and supervising multiple projects and teams

  • Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs while meeting budgets, timelines, and requirements

  • Helping creative teams overcome obstacles & working closely with the Creative Director to offer creative solutions

  • Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels.

  • Leading and participating in brainstorming sessions.

  • Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.

  • Evaluating creative team performance and guiding improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, graphic design or related field.

  • 6+ years of creative experience, preferably for consumer retail brands.

  • Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development.

  • Experience leading and managing creative teams with compassion and empathy

  • Willingness to lead by example with hands-on work.

  • Strong concept and strategy development skills.

  • Must love to collaborate with cross functional team.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong creative mind.

Salary:

Starting at $120,000
