The opportunity 

Adobe has some of the most interesting stories in the world to tell, come help us tell them! We're looking for an Art Director / Designer to help us take our social content to the next level. Working with an in-house team of makers, production partners, and agencies, the Art Director will be responsible for developing industry-leading creative across all social platforms. As part of our newly formed Social Editorial team, you'll be bringing to life Adobe's content strategy and ensuring that Adobe's social channels are best in class.

What you'll do 

  • Create static & video assets for product launches, releases, thought leadership, and brand moments

  • Work with makers and agencies to uplevel art direction and design on video content

  • Collaborate with teams to brainstorm for larger social activations and reactive cultural moments

  • Design templates, guides, and other material for partners and internal use

  • Attend shoots and participate in productions as needed

  • Elevate Adobe's social presences with thoughtful design and creative vision

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years as a graphic designer or art director for social content

  • Experience developing a high volume of assets across various platforms

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, newsroom style team

  • Willingness to take on all types of projects, big and small

  • Experience in taking UI/UX elements from product into content

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Salary

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $66,600 -- $153,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
