Job Description
With an understanding of foundational brand pillars, marketing objectives, and an integrated strategy, the Senior Manager, eComm Creative is responsible for creating compelling, targeted, and relevant content. The content needs to surprise, inspire, and educate, as well as leveraging best practices per platform to drive consumer engagement and conversion across digital touch points. They work in partnership with the e-commerce, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure that all work is part of a compelling integrated program and strategically aligned with corporate goals.
Responsibilities:
Concept
• Collaborate with the digital and cross-functional teams to create, present, and iterate on ideas for creative that will live across our site and digital advertising.
Site
• Design and deliver refreshes for seasonal campaigns and high-traffic moments.
• Find opportunities to improve on the customer experience and tell deeper stories.
• Participate in QA prior to each launch to ensure that builds match intent.
Media
• Create layouts that grab the eye and make the product feel heroic.
• Ensure image selection and placement utilize the available space effectively.
Set
• Prepare shoot decks to help the studio teams execute effectively.
• Direct shoots to ensure successful delivery on creative intent.
Qualifications:
5–7 years of professional experience in the luxury/lifestyle space.
Intimate understanding of e-commerce and digital media.
Excellent command of both interactive design and image art direction.
Strong communicator, from the broadest concepts to the finest details.
Self-starting, hands-on, collaborative, organized, and able to iterate quickly.
Fluent in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; comfortable with After Effects.
On-set experience directing motion and stills for product and on-figure.
Understanding of pre- and post-production process for motion and stills.
Retouching experience a plus; comfort with retouching markups a must.

Estimate Salary Range:
$130,000 - $140,000
Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
