The Role
Are you an experienced design strategist who enjoys being a facilitator and developing the strategies that bring ideas to life? Design Strategists at Kyndryl will lead teams to drive co-creation across the customer lifecycle with our clients. From framing early-stage deals, to developing prototypes and driving innovation with new technologies, you will be creating strategic solutions that enable businesses to achieve their objectives. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Run as primary point of contact for both client and internal account teams representing Kyndryl Vital.
Direct Kyndryl Vital staff in delivering client outputs in order to achieve key objectives and measures of success.
Serve as lead facilitator of workshops to map out current state experiences, identify pain points and areas of opportunity, and explore viable technology solutions.
Work with customers to define key business objectives and create high-level business cases.
Develop strategies and iterative roadmaps for pilots/POCs to design, test, and implement new technologies.
Champion storytelling by always connecting technology solutions back to business objectives and outcomes.
Proactively identify new ways to drive innovation and strategically ideate new solutions with customers.
Package final deliverables and action plans for customers.

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position is
$102,390 to $233,450 based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Preferred Technical and ProfessionalExpertise
Experience in leading client-facing projects and end-to-end engagements (2+ years.)
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
Highly proficient with various Design Thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks, like Jobs to Be Done, Lean Startup, and systems thinking.
Expertise in Service Design.
Attention to detail in the language and relationship dynamics of key stakeholders.
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Suite, Miro or Mural, & whiteboards.
