Sr. Visual Content Designer, Graphic Design - Adobe (Remote or Hybrid)

Creatives around the world learn how to use Adobe products through instructional videos, images, and sample files. What you’ll be working on

  • Designing forward-thinking experiences that help people learn how to use Adobe Creative Cloud products while instructing foundational design skills and principles

  • Developing orientation and instructional content in collaboration with industry-leading instructors, content strategists, and app product teams

  • Creating and documenting scalable visual design systems informed by user needs, product requirements, and business objectives

  • Sharing guidelines and approach with partner teams and creative vendors

  • Working with design research to understand how creatives adopt new tools and build skills, evolving your approach to content based on these insights

  • Producing content down to the last detail yourself, as well as art directing vendor partners

What you’ll bring to the team

Must-haves

  • An outstanding visual design portfolio demonstrating experience designing and implementing systems across a variety of touchpoints

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience

  • BA/BFA in a design-related field or applicable work experience

  • Deep graphic design domain knowledge; awareness of design trends and notable creatives in the field

  • Ability to address complex design problems with practical design solutions

  • Mastery with Adobe’s Creative Cloud products, especially Illustrator

  • Experience directing and supervising vendor partners, including photographers, motion designers, and production artists

  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation skills

  • Willingness to act on design feedback from colleagues in a rapid iterative design process; preference for solving problems as a team

  • Ability to effectively produce highly polished and professional work in tight time frames

  • A penchant for details and organization, including the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and meet deadlines

  • Willingness to contribute to the creative, collaborative spirit of our team, the Experience Design organization, and the company


Nice to have

  • Experience designing content that demonstrates product functionality and value

  • Background in designing for educational platforms
