Growth Designer - NoGood (NYC, NY)

Requirements:

Creating stunning visual assets for digital ads, videos, email campaigns, and social media.

  1. Writing high-impact copy (ads, landing pages, email, websites, etc) for high-performing creative.

  2. Being driven by creative performance with an intention to create the best work to achieve the best results.

  3. Following digital marketing, design and social trends, with an eye toward experimentation with emerging tools and techniques.

  4. Working directly with clients to maintain a strong, communicative relationship.

  5. Analyzing and interpreting past creative work into learnings.

  6. Collaborating with a team of creatives and strategists on marketing campaign planning and implementation.

  7. Other responsibilities as assigned.

You Have:

  1. 3+ years of art direction and hands on design experience.

  2. Strong knowledge of multiple social channels and best ways to activate them through visual messaging, copy, and content.

  3. Strong written and oral communication skills, specifically when presenting and framing own creative ideas and direction.

  4. Strong understanding of the digital landscape, internet culture, memes, trends, etc.

  5. Effective time management and project management skills.

  6. Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite; specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Premiere and After Effects are a plus.

  7. Knowledge of analytics and A/B testing to optimize experiences, and aware of accessibility best practices in both design and development.

  8. A passion for the power of clear, smart design and impactful visual communication.

  9. Web design experience including HTML and CSS is a plus.

  10. BFA in Marketing / Advertising / Communication Design or a similar field is a plus.

  11. Strong portfolio of branding, graphic design, and digital marketing campaign work.

Compensation Range Dependent on Experience: $70,000 - $90,000 + Performance Bonus
