Consumer Strategist and Project Manager - Ori Inc. (Remote)

Ori Inc is seeking a consumer strategist and project manager with a passion for urban housing, user experience, and technological innovation. This role requires working with multiple stakeholders and across functional areas to ensure strategies are brought to life through critical thinking and exquisite project management. As such, this strategist and project manager must organize and synthesize data and work streams from multiple sources, including marketing, advertising, user experience design, digital engineering, content, on-site leasing, sales, and technical operations.

Success in this role is flawless execution of Ori’s consumer strategy, resulting in a powerful consumer brand and experience. Key duties include market analysis, data analysis, storyboarding, stakeholder management, and project management. Vital aspects of this position include providing critical input to Ori’s consumer strategy via research and analysis of market realities and user experiences, plus seamless coordination across functional areas and stakeholders to drive Ori’s consumer strategy forward. Obsessive attention to detail and process is a must. This role also requires that observations and insights are packaged into well composed material for distribution to internal and external teams. A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate an innate gift for organization, time management, and communication skills.

  • First and foremost, serve as the right hand to Ori’s Director leading consumer go-to-market, helping to provide critical insight to strategic decisions and managing project timelines, deadlines, and milestones

  • Conduct market and user research to surface actionable insights for Ori’s consumer team

  • Establish processes, reporting templates, and timelines for Ori’s consumer team and stakeholders

  • Manage (and juggle) contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders across multiple projects

  • Regularly create and present analyses and reports to management

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or a similar discipline

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent degree with related industry experience

  • Strong proficiency in the entire Google Suite, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides

  • Experience with project management tools including Asana, Miro, Figma, Slack, and Zapier is a plus

  • Digital native, who can creatively manipulate out-of-the-box software to bring innovative solutions to life

  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment while managing to tight deadlines

  • Great attitude; additive to our culture of challenging the status quo, working as a team by helping each other, and putting aside ego

  • Independent, accountable, hardworking, and passionate about providing an incredible customer experience, with exceptional “soft” skills (e.g., an attitude that wins over customers and colleagues in tough situations while being mindful of and preserving business goals)
