Creative Manager, Sustainability & Equity - Deloitte (Remote, Contract)

This remote role with Deloitte is for a Creative Manager/Graphic Designer on their Environmental, Societal, and Governance team. You’ll work on art direction for varied projects, presentations, brand design, and advertising. To view this job and apply, click here.

As a member of the ESG (environmental, societal and governance) team, you will be expected to:

  • Engage with ESG team (marketing leads, writers, PMs, ESG business leaders and strategists, etc.) to understand requirements and end goals within the context of the broader business strategy and available marketing channels

  • Provide visual solutions for early stage project planning, ensuring creative work is in line with strategic goals and on-message for the target audience for each campaign

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors, as needed, working with GDA resources and outside vendors to produce strategy- and brand-centric work as needed

  • Independently deliver hands-on design tasks that elevate our brand style and ensure quality standards across our materials, watching for opportunities to evolve and innovate brand assets

  • Serve as the key support resource to marketing to create both internal and external-facing assets including:

    • Establish, refine, and upkeep SC&E brand standards and style guides

    • Advertising campaigns (magazine, web, social)

    • Digital assets (online presence, web headers, web banners, social media, etc.)

    • Printed assets (brochures, white papers, marketing take-aways, etc.)

    • Pitch decks, event and meeting presentations, templates, etc.

    • Production of graphics for tradeshows and other events (both online and in-person)

    • Hard and soft goods that support Marketing's internal and external promotional needs

    • Art direct custom illustrations, video shoots, and photo shoots

    • Art direct interactivity, motion graphics, and animations as needed (initial concepting and storyboards, driving decisions on style, location, etc. ensuring brand accuracy and authenticity) to visually make an impact around the themes of innovation, holistic transformation, etc.

Required

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design experience, and visual storytelling

  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal and interdepartmental

  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Keep a high-quality bar and self-prioritization of your work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growing environment

  • Ability to inspire people and work in a highly collaborative, team-based environment

  • Strong ability to adapt to new information and proactively identify go-forward plans that meet business objectives.

  • An outgoing personality and ability to interact with the Deloitte Insights team and stakeholders at all levels.
