Position Overview:
Responsible for providing quality design work to clients in a timely manner, and within budget, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a client facing design position that will have the opportunity to cross-train in project management and be expected to work toward a successful team experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage adherence to project schedule, internal budget, customer’s project budget, design task completions, and quality of design work.
Ensure complete and accurate transmittal of project planning data to order entry along with project management assist.
Understand Local building codes, ADA regulations, National Electrical Code, etc.
Understand architectural product, including order preparation, project management, order management, and delivery/installation.
Manage changes and revisions with costs in mind.
Strong personal leadership abilities including meeting management, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, collaboration and prioritization
Execute drawings and pricing utilizing DIRTT software ICE
Experience with Architectural Construction detailing and coordinating MEP consultants.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities-Required/Preferred
BS, BA or BFA degree in interior design, architecture Required
Proficiency in Revit, CAD, MS Project, and Procore Required
Additional experience in design-build process and offsite construction methods Required
Advanced communication abilities, both verbal and written Required
Understand construction documents Required
Demonstrate strong communication skills Required
Attention to detail, and strong organizational skills Required
Proven sales ability with knowledge of business practices Preferred
Experience in Prefab Software ICE- DIRTT Environmental Solutions Preferred
