Associate Product Marketing Manager, Construction - Autodesk (Remote GA, CO, OR)

Product Marketers in Construction Marketing at Autodesk bridge our industry-leading product to the nine trillion-dollar global construction industry. Our team helps convey the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) value and vision for key industry segments across the world.

As a member of the Product Marketing team, your primary focus will be to support important go-to-market activities for our products and capabilities for the construction lifecycle, including product launches and offering programs. We are specifically looking for someone to support our Product Marketing team and our overall go-to-market processes. To do so, you will work with our PMM team, Product Management, Customer Success, and Technical Sales to manage critical projects and help to create consumable messaging and positioning assets for our teams and customers.

Responsibilities

Project Management of Bi-Monthly Product Releases

  • You will lead coordinator efforts of ACC bi-monthly product releases.

  • Schedule and support check-in calls, facilitate meetings, document decisions/action items and distribute meeting minutes

  • Organize shared deliverables and maintain a detailed project timeline. Identify potential delays and work with team members to mitigate risks. Collaborate across different teams to ensure all necessary actions are taken

  • Help develop several release materials including internal training presentations, product roadmap updates, and other marketing collateral

  • Participate in the bi-monthly launch training calls

Support for Product Marketing Programs

  • Product Betas: Help manage beta programs, including overseeing process logistics and coordinating with all partners to ensure smooth execution of beta tests

  • Go-to-Market Communication: Support offering updates and changes by coordinating with GTM strategy teams to determine messaging, content and communication channels and timing needs for GTM roadmap items. Coordinate with PMM team members to develop the necessary content and manage communications

  • Project Scope & Planning: Assist with special projects. Develop and document project scopes and detailed plans using Asana and other project management tools. Ensure all project requirements and goals are documented and communicated to the team

  • Analytics/metrics: Manage the collection and analysis of analytics and metrics related to product launch activities and product usage

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience in program management or product marketing

  • Collaborative, creative, and motivated

  • Great at writing, analyzing information, and developing presentations

  • Eye for precisions to quickly spot errors

  • Good at both solo work and teamwork

  • Enjoys working on your own and as part of a team

  • Comfortable working with analytics teams

  • Experience driving complex projects and working with tooks like Asana and AirTable

  • Experience working on cross-functional projects

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $94,500 and $163,020. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
