Strategy Manager - AutoCAD (Remote)

You will work with leadership across divisions (digital experience, enterprise platforms, marketing, sales, and customer success) in driving the strategic planning process. You will collaborate with a team of partners to lead strategy across teams, bringing a cohesive strategy across individual priorities. You will author 1 and 3+ year strategic plans and organize and run meetings to develop strategy. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $116,800 and $188,870.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Experience Strategy. Location: anywhere in the US/Canada This job is remote friendly.
Responsibilities
Partner with Autodesk senior leadership, business, and product teams to develop overall long-term strategic plans
Work and build relationships with subject matter experts in important teams to lead strategic planning
Develop cohesive storytelling across organizations to create a compelling strategy
Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Product organizations to influence product and program priorities
Ensure regular reporting schedule against important deliverables across teams
Evaluate program success against strategic direction, highlight and present opportunities to align plans to broader strategy
Be an expert providing insights into competitive landscape and industry dynamics to help inform strategic planning and new ideas
Prepare several ad-hoc analysis to support strategic planning
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing, leading, negotiating, or implementing corporate strategy
And experience influencing partners across an organization (including C-level)
Function in a matrixed organization and bring decisions to closure
Discuss complex technical concepts to non-technical audience
Storyteller with the ability to create compelling narratives and visual presentations to support our business strategies
Track record to see the "big picture"
Program management skills with an ability to coordinate across teams and accomplish main deliverables
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Expertise in SaaS, subscription, or businesses with direct customer engagement
Experience one or more of our industries: AEC, M&E, Manufacturing, or Construction
Background in corporate strategy, corporate development, management consulting, or a related field

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $116,800 and $188,870. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
